As the tittle suggests: anyone have any experience with this company? I am thinking about buying Slix-Shot nipples for my Pietta 1851 .44 from them.

I did that very same thing- ordered one day, shipped 2 days later- got here quick with no issues!  Hope this helps.

Desperado makes a good bullet, I use them in .38 WCF and .38-55.  BUT, these bullets are not for real BP.   Ask me how I know.  

They work fine with substitute smoky powders.

Slix Shot nipples have worked well for me in a 1851 and 1860's.
