My matching pair, Traditions Hawkins, and traditions trapper. Both built for 4-H projects from kits. Guess which one won the county and state fair?

OK, I'll play...
This here's my A. Uberti (S.p.A.) Model 1858 Remington New Army .44 cal. revolver.
It's the first black powder pistol I've ever purchased or owned, and it's fast becoming one of my favorite firearms...

Just got this from my grandfather. It was built by my mother and father nearly 30 years ago.
It is a .45 Caliber Connecticut Valley Arms.

Going to work on getting it cleaned and looking perdy, and possibly giving it a go at the range after I have a gunsmith check it out. Don't know when it had last been fired, but guessing at least 20 years ago when my father was still alive.

Took me a few years but I finally found the one I wanted!
My General R.E.Lee firing reproduction 1851 Navy commissioned by the Museum of the Confederacy.
(Pistol is as pristine as in the add but this pic show flash highlights on bluing)
