Maybe 1958.

I picked this Martini action BSA up in a trade last Saturday. 14.5 pounds as it sits. I traded a MAS 59/66 for it. Never warmed to the MAS.

Pretty much a wash money-wise but I kept the bayonet for the MAS so I'll come out ahead on that.

Good Lord that's beautiful!

But then I have a tender spot for small bore target rifles.

Neat!  I'd like a light target one. Cheap

Gorgeous. Love the BSA Martini-action .22s.

A 30s vintage BSA Model 15 is what you need then. Around nine pounds.

Keep in mind the sights on the martini are worth $400 bucks or more alone. You came out ahead for sure

That's why I picked out the P-H 25C instead of the earlier P-H 25s. Much finer adjustment cycle, plus I like the larger adjustment knobs. Still correct for the MK II though.

Very nice. I too have a weak spot for 14 pound 22 rifles.
