The 30.06 in strippers is for the 1903 and 1903a3. More than likely corrosive. I wouldnt fire it with the green corrosion, more than likely has weakened the brass. All USGI Carbine ammo is non corrosive

I shot over a thousand rounds of Argentine 7.62 NATO that had that type of surface corrosion. It worked fine and was some of the best surplus I ever used. Make sure to check the depth of the corrosion, and do not use if there is any pitting underneath.
