[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Aren't I supposed to be getting another envelope after receiving my C&R?

Guys,

Got my C&R about two weeks ago.

My brother has had his for a couple of years. He said that within a short time after receiving his, he received an envelope with all sorts of extra info, etc.

Thoughts?

They even sent me another packet after I did the change of address on mine. The $30 license fee probably barely covers sending those things out.

They must have started this recently. I changed my address in August and I still got the ream and a half of paper.
