Guys I'm sorry for bugging the hell out of yall , but honestly it's needed.
 I got a Ruger 1022 Target . I just ordered a Leupold VX2 3x9x40 .I also ordered a Volquarten Picatinny scope mount for it. Any advise on a Good set of quality rings that won't kill the bank .Any suggestions on what height rings I should get. Im guessing Med. Was looking at some Leupold PRW Med. TIA WarDawg

I would do away with the rail mount and get the medium Game Reaper mount. I have 2 of them on .22's and another on a lever action .44, I love the things.
