If by chance, the first two digits of the serial are subtracted from 100 to get the year of date (ie. 100 - 19 = 81), then would the first two still apply if the first numbers start with "0"?? As in 09 being the first two numbers. Any idea information would be appreciated.

100 - 09 = 91.

Thanks usmcmp. I already saw that list, but wasn't sure if it was saying if a serial started with a "0" was like the same for one that started with a number between 1 and 9.
