Hi folks, I want to buy my second 10/22 and will replace the stock for sure. I was thinking on buying a new 10/22 and maybe recoup some funds by resale of the stock. Of the 10/22s of about $200-$250 buck, which one sports the stock that has a better resale value?

I usually just give them away.

Kinda depends on what the "builder" wants. Barrel band or no? It's kinda hard to re-sell a stock stock.

Ruger Talo model #11155 comes with 3 10rd mags and a $80 Tacstar stock. I have seen them for $220 shipped. Also can find them in different camo patterns with different model #s.

The deluxe sporter stocks and laminates are also worth more than standard sporters.

Or go a different route and get one with a different barrel such as the 11195 that comes with a stainless bull barrel and hogue stock for $220.

Thanks for the suggestions. I would like to have a regular barrel vs a bullbarrel. I can get a 10/22 carbine (hardwood-birch?) for $220 shipped but like said above the regular stocks are not worth much. If you guys see a better stocked 10/22 for a good price let me know thanks!

How about model 21139 with the copper mica adj stock? I bought mine for $189 shipped not long ago.
