I'd love the CMMG LW 16" they used to have but that is no longer.  Same with the Spikes LW.

Now, I only see M4 profile or other types.

Does nobody make a .22 LW pencil barrel for an AR build?

I need a 1/16 twist

I'm considering just using a 16" 5.56 pencil barrel and be done with it.  But I don't know how much accuracy I'd lose that way.


This looks DAMN good, but it's an uncecearily heavy, dumb government/M4 profile.

I am thinning of getting somebody to turn my cmmg m- 4 profile barrel to skinny dementions on a lathe and refinish.

If you plan to run a dedicated upper Taccom 3G makes a 17" lightweight barrel but unfortunately it is listed as out of stock. It may be worth a call to find out when they are planning running another batch.
