Ruger now offers this takedown model:


If I already have one takedown, can I purchase the front half of this setup directly from Ruger and install it on another takedown model so that I can have two different barrel options available?

Also, if I were to Form 1 an takedown, can I purchase the front half of a Charger Takedown from Ruger to install on the form 1 receiver:

Ruger does not sell the barrel portion separately....that is why eBay and GunBroker exist.

What about AFTERMARKET barrel options for the Charger pistol - takedown model?

Anyone make such a barrel yet?  (I already found regular Charger barrels).
