As the title states, which would the best route? I currently have a Liberty Regulator in jail.

The CZ kool aid is delicious. My 452s and 455s have been wonderful, and IMO superior in quality to my Savage.

No contest. Let the CZ love flow through you. My 452 is stupid accurate. Sub-MOA 10-shot groups at 100 yards. No, I'm not making that up. Shot a 398 out of 400 in last months bench rest match (won it), and I'm a clueless newbie.

I just got a CZ 455 tacticool and it is astounding.  The fit and finish is superior to any .22 I have ever seen.  The action is smooth, the trigger is crisp.  

My only compliant with it is the 11mm rimfire style scope mount instead of being drilled and tapped for a rail.  I had to order scope rings as no one local to me had the 11mm rimfire rings.  There are after market options to put a rail on it, but it adds a little more height.
