I shot in a .22 Action Match yesterday. The pistol targets were duelling trees at 10 yards and knock downs at 25 yards. All shot off hand for time. Then at the end of the match they run a "Mano y Mano" match by adding a separate "Stop" plate for the rifles at the 25 yard line....Last month they had a rolling tire with a target inside. You got two shots at it and any hits were worth 5 seconds off your score for the stage.

In this match, the shooter is stationary at a table. The Ruger MK-II's and MK-III's are the pistols of choice and the 10/22 is the rifle favored by the majority of shooters.....
