Are there any reviews on this carbine?  How reliable? Ammo feed problems? What parts plastic, metal?  I have heard that you can replace the stock with real M! carbine stocks.  Any info an feedback would be great.  Always loved the carbine

Don't do it. It's pretty much a POS.....Unless you really like important parts made of plastic.

This is MY opinion, they are crap!! Fit and feel not good, The one's I handled where all new, loose and wobbly , mags look cheap and like they will wear quick if they function properly. I would not buy one. I would buy the M! carbine stock kit for a 10/22 first. I definetly would not waste the money, since most dealers sell them for to much money, then drop the price to $249. and still can't sell them. Even the old marlin model that mimicked the 30 cal carbine was better and cheaper.

You could always go this route if you wanted a .22 caliber with an M1 feel to it...
