Nope but there is some toggle bolt actions being imported (Ukraine) I think. RFC has a thread in the Russian/biathlon section. Seems like they are ~$200.00
Having said that I just ordered a pws t3 summit action |

Now I'm buying 22LR ammo that costs as much or more than 556 ammo to try out in it. |

I ordered one of the Zastava LB22 rifles yesterday.
I'll do a thorough review of it when I get some time. We are thinking about making a rear sight / rail combo similar to our NDS-26 for it. I'm guessing most people would like to replace the plastic rail. |

Yeah, the Zastavas are BUTT UGLY, but I'm curious about the ISSC ones. They look to be a little nicer.

We should get it in this week, and I might have time to get to the range this weekend.
Of course it will probably be -3 degrees. 
ETA: R&R Arms has these in stock for those that are interested. http://www.rrarms.com/ci-zastava-lb22sa-22lr-toggle-bolt-action-rifle-2-10rd-mags.html ETA: be advised that if you order from R&R you need to be patient. Apparently they have all their stuff at a warehouse and it has to be trucked to the shop for shipping out.
