I've mulled over the idea of a pocket rifle for a long time. I liked the AGP stock but I hated the no forearm thing. So I got to thinking about how could I put a forward grip on a pocket rifle. Here's what I came up with.

For the barrel I got a rail from tactical solutions that's an accessory rail for the pac lite barrels. I had a gun smith drill and tap the barrel for the rail but of course he put it on the wrong side. FML. Had him do it right and filled the holes with bondo. Hope the shit holds.

Here it is folded. 14.5 inches folded.

Bolt was radiused by Q. Wish I would have had him do the barrel work.
Barrel was from KIDD.
Future plans will be a complete paint job in FDE.

Hope you enjoy it.

Yes it's an sbr, I have seen a few AGP builds in this section rather then the sbr section. Guess I could post there as well

That is awesome. I'd leave it how it is, don't paint it.

You having that "smith" order a replacement bbl, on his dime, for you?

I personally wouldn't have a grip attached to the barrel.  Will throw off your barrel harmonics and add stress to the barrel.

Not my ideal 10/22, but hey it's not my money either.

Do some test groups holding and not holding that grip. You'll have different pressures on the grip from shooting positions and you POI is going to move around. Touching and torqueing the barrel will change your POI, it is not a internet myth. DannerTrax
