Vortex Strikefire
Primary Arms Bushnell TRS-25. I have the strikefire on my 15-22. Came with a PSA upper on Black Friday a couple years ago. Have a TRS-25 on a Savage Rascal. Went that route so I wouldnt need a riser. Both work great and my 7 year old shoots well with them. |

For .22lr the little Bushnell TRS-25 in the medium UTG mount for absolute co witness riser might be good for a learner, because the dot would appear right at the top of the front sight and would reinforce iron sight discipline and be less confusing to a 10 year old than a lower 1/3 co witness.

Start her off right with iron sights. Put the red dot on later. Primary Arms is just OK, but better than the others at the price point.
