Thanks! I sprayed the whole thing down with brake cleaner, then water, then let it dry. I followed with a base coat of Rustoleum Camo Khaki paint, then used some dry oats from the fence line, laid them over the gun, and sprayed random directions with both camo green and camo brown. I changed the placement of the oats with each color change. I like it, it is much more tan in real life, it blends well with the natural dry grass look that prevails around where I live.
