BOOM...headshot This rifles kill count jumped up over 50 yesterday. It will get many more when I get some spare time here at the ranch. |

I want to come to your ranch and play too!! Seriously though, nice looking 15-22. Here's mine. Still waiting on a few parts, I'm adding an AFG-1 and an ACS and changing to a VTAC sling mount, but other than that I'm pretty happy with it. I just got my check sent off for an SWR Warlock II for it too, but it'll be next year before I get to play with it |

On the stock, its a Troy mount. On the handguard its a IWC flushmount for the Troy handguards and a IWC tri glide on the sling. So basically I have a 2 point and a single point sling all in one. |

Nice! I bet that's a ton of fun. Is that a TA33R? How do you like it? |

The one with SF has a Timney 3lb trigger. Both have SF X300's and LaserMax Uni-max's; same as my AR's so everything feels the same. http://i1227.photobucket.com/albums/ee424/edsreef/MP15-22A1WS.jpg Awesome! I missed the trigger in the first pic because I was drooling over the SF and ACOG. Both look great. Originally Posted By EB_311:

I bet that took a long time to do all the stippling. I'm still waiting for the ACS stock to get here but my AFG did come with an order of magazines that I just got today. Next thing I plan to do is strip the mags and paint the orange followers black... I didn't mind the orange at first but I'm over it now. |

Nice combo Outkast.
Yeah the stippling took forever. My back hurt from hunching over to see what I was doing, but it was worth it. |

We just built an SBR using the Troy TRX in 7" , and the barrel was not centered in the handguard, unless we moved it out about 1/8" from the receiver. If the handguard is not tightened down in the channel on the barrel nut, it cants it a little. ? |

You might have to grind down the plastic nub at the 6 o'clock position on the receiver. It's there to prevent rotation of the factory hand guard.

We did that, but we found that when the TRX was squeezed together at the tabs, it canted the handguard up, unless we moved it out away from the receiver to the point where it could rotate in the groove in the barrel nut. Once we positioned it there, it tightened perfectly and the barrel was centered enough that we could zero the iron sight. That left a 1/8 " gap. We're thinking that either we have to grind a new channel in the berrel nut, or just leave it there and cut a small peice of the original handguard to make a spacer in between the reciver and the handguard. |

My gunsmith at LMS Firearms, in Victoria, TX, did an incredible job! http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s233/dkred5854/DSCF0005-1.jpg?t=1349066527 You'r front iron sight is mounted backwards |

Maybe the MOE versions have, but not the standard models. Neither of mine have QD sockets in the lower. One was purchased ~1.5 years ago and the other was just purchased <2 months ago. |
