Or maybe like this

Butler Creek side folder I'm nostalgic for. Flash suppressor removed with just a muzzle protector on the end. Dropping the FS changes the handling more than you would think and in a good way. There's no stock screw installed. Waiting on a stainless one to come in.

Debating on a barrel band. I'll see if it can be left off once the take down screw is in. Could be a silver one or a Promag railed one if I decide it needs one.

I'd keep the factory stock. BC stocks suck IMO.

I'm a fan of the BC folding stock as well. I had a touch of slop in it when I got it. I adjusted the pivot screw and now it locks up solid.

Crappy cell shot of the project I just finished. I still have a few bodywork tweaks I want to do to the stock but I'm happy to shoot it as is for now. Looking for a decent 1-4x scope to replace the el cheapo red/green dot and a discreet carry case. Hoping to get out and shoot it this weekend and get some better pics.

This was 19 rounds at 25 yards (Indoor range), bipod only, no rest. I LOVE this rifle and it's dead quiet! It makes 2" groups CTC at 100 yards with no wind using CCI Standard Velocity 40gr. rounds.

How's that Savage been for accuracy? My MKII FV-SR is a tac driver all the way to 100. Haven't tried it beyond that.

I was surprised how accurate the rifle is!!  I have reached out to 150 yards and can hit a skeet clay target 9 out of 10 times.  I just need a more powerful scope to see what I can do on paper but for a 250 dollar gun it's amazing.  The only downfall is not many aftermarket parts for it.  I have an extended mag release and I plan on making my own extended charging handle.

Was on my way to the range to shoot my new to me Colt Trooper 22mag. I decided to stop at the LGS to pick-up some more 22mag and saw a little lever gun. Checked it out and it was a Browning BL-22. It's a little rough, but for $150.00, I could not pass it up. Serial number puts it at about a 1986 model. Need to get a better pic later. Was a lot of fun to shoot.

It is a Nordic Components stock. I do believe they stopped making them but you might get lucky on EE or gunbroker.
