eBay for pricing; I have seen all of that on eBay.

The "Queen Ann's Revenge" or "QAR" tags are the original production runs from ORC Industries, which along with Sekri are the original two vendors for the PCU stuff.  ORC made levels 4,5,6,&7.  Sekri made 1,2,&(some)3.   They switched to more generic tags on later runs.  Now opinions vary, but, the original "QAR" tag stuff is worth more to collectors than actual end-users.  I have used both in the field and find virtually no difference, but the "QAR" tagged stuff is worth more to some people.  Later vendors, such as Patagonia, Wild Things, etc. jumped on the band wagon, with raises in prices.

I have also used the Halys/Sekri  Level 1&2 stuff, from Defense Outfitters which is virtually the same as the original with a generic tag.  And bought on ebay.

Basically the ORC stuff in L 4, 5, &6 is collector item stuff, because it's gray and SF issue.  You get virtually the same thing in OCP from the new ECWS L 4, 5, &6 stuff, which for the money is the way to go, IMHO.  But there is a sweet limited run of ORC L5 parkas out there in Multicam/OCP which would be highly desirable.

Regarding your OP, the ORC L4 windshirt, and the L5 jacket and trou are worth something to collectors.  Especially with "QAR" tags.  Check ebay for prices, but the windshirt usually goes for around 90-100 bucks, the L5 parka around 200-250, and the L5 trou about 90-100.

Be advised that the whole PCU system has basically been absorbed into the current ECWS.  So practically speaking you can get any item now, for a lot less, as a general issue item.  The colors are different, with OCP being used on outer garments, and tan 499 on insulation layers.  And the L6 layers are actually more versatile, being gortex lined vs rubber/vapor barrier style. So unless you just want the original SF issue, in a color which works in your AO, the new ECWS kit is the way to go.

But people want this stuff for a variety of reasons, regardless of what actually works the best, for real-world use.  So it should sell.  Large Reg the best, followed by Med Reg, and Small Reg.

Tad,
At one point I had a respectable PCU / MARs clothing collection (probably 40 items).  As others have said, the ORC / QAR items brought the most money. There are two generations of QAR and two slight color variations.  The rarest (Gen 2 in a Alpha Green) sold for the most money (of course).  Patagonia PCU / MARs took longer to sell, and usually went to end users.  The ORC stuff went to mostly collectors.

All sold on feeBay so the actual value is 86.5% of the listed prices (once you factor in 10% final value and paypal):

Averaged $180ish shipped for ORC L5 jackets (these sold very quickly)
Averaged $90ish shipped for ORC L5 trousers with suspenders (these took longer to sell)

The L4 wind jackets weren't popular.

All told I probably broke even, but I had gone a little when I started collecting the stuff.

I've been looking adding some PCU/EWCS gear to stuff into a survival pack after watching an ITS tactical video on them.  I had no idea that the stuff also had collector value.  This could be a pricey endeavor.

That is definitely an unusual color for L9 gear.  My guess would be NSW.

The "1st" on the bag is interesting.  First what?  First issue? First revision? Geardos want to know!

I really wasn't into L9 before these pics.  The stuff is actually pretty neat.  Thanks T ... you probably cost me money
