I found this picture here ( http://bugoutchannel.tumblr.com/page/14 ) but bugoutchannel seems to have closed up shop.  

The picture shows a tool next to a Zippo with an American flag on it.  I am looking for that tool, but they don't say what it's called.

The DFS Bladeworks tag in the photo is a huge clue.




It's a DFS Macguyver and it looks like it's either not yet in production or the guys making it are in over their heads based on the products section of thier website.
