Was reading in another thread here about moving your IFAK to the back of your belt instead of taking up space on your chest rig. Since I always have a riggers belt on for my holster, I was interested in seeing if there was a slim, horizontal IFAK that would be able to be attached to the back of my reinforced riggers belt at 6 o clock and not fling itself around the belt as well as not constantly bounce and smack me in the ass.

Any ideas? or if not via the pouch design, I somehow recall there was some sort of loop or something where you could get molle webbing to attach and stay put on a regular belt.

eta - Also something like the TYR gunfighter belt may work well, but wasn't really wanting to buy yet another belt

Don't overthink it, take the stuff out, and put it in a pouch that is for belts.

But yea, IFAK's are designed to be used by someone else on you, so it doesn't need to be immediately accessible.

LBT

AWS

These. It's not a big pouch but big enough to hold the essentials to plug a hole or two.

Or you can just get whatever pouch and jam stuff in it.

Since you said riggers belt I wouldn't go much bigger.

I'm not a major fan of the LBT, this blows it away in comparison

Not sure what contents you are looking to carry.  Here is one option of a kit I found....

It comes with a regular AR mag pouch.  I'm sure you could find another pouch easy enough.

The HSGI blowout pouch is nice, another smaller kit that fits nicely on a belt.
