I bought an ATS warbelt setup a few months back (large inner belt, large outer belt, and suspenders), and I'm looking for a better inner belt.

The problems I have with the ATS inner belt is that ti's about as stiff as overcooked spaghetti.

I've got a 38" waist, and with the ATS large inner/outer belt the setup won't fit if I have anything attached to my pants belt (or wearing a jacket), so I'm looking to go up a size on the inner belt anyways.

Do what I did buy a Uncle Mikes 2 inch duty belt, they are like 12 bucks. Replace the cheap plastic buckle with a Cobra buckle.

The only real cost is buying a Cobra buckle you end up with the same cool looking inner belt as if you purchased a more high end inner belt.

I did it to two ATS War Belts going on 5 years now they are holding up great:
