I had one.  Very minimal and light.  Well built and conceals easily.  Size medium fit my commercial 10x12 plates perfectly.  The only thing I felt could have been improved was the multicam print loop tape didn't stick to the hook tape as well as non printed velcro.  It stayed on ok, but just wasn't as positive of a connection as I was used to.  I believe it to be a result of the printing on the loop tape, so other colors probably don't have this issue, if you can even call it one.  A 3 mag rig like a VOCR3 or one of the LBX panels fits perfectly.  A 4 mag rig, like a D3CR will stick out a little past the plates.
