Mechanix brand original woodland camou color. Great gloves in my experience.

Anybody own both the Mechanix .5mm High Dexterity and SKD PIG gloves to compare? I bought some Mechanix Originals, and even sizing down, there was too much material around the sides of my fingers, so I'm relegating those to yard work. Supposedly the .5mm fits tighter around the fingers and affords more dexterity with the thinner palm. I know the SKD gloves are pretty well regarded, but they're also twice the price with potential drawbacks of their own.

Just an FYI- the silver thread will look like ass when exposed to Velcro, which for some of us is daily. That being said, if the hairyness bugs you, just touch it up slightly with a lighter. However, we've found the touch function works BETTER when the threads get hairy, so we recommend leaving it be. This is definitely one of those function vs form crossroads, and we recommend function over form. Thanks for the pics!!!
