I'm looking to purchase the Viking Tactical Brokos battle belt and the cobra belt for it -
How tight should you be running the battle belt? How many sizes up should the belt be?

Contact the company your getting it from.
They'd be the ones to let you the correct size you'll need.

This is the sizing from SKD's site:

M (32-34), L (36-38), XL (40-42), XXL (44-46)

APPX LENGTH OF VTAC BATTLE BELT:   Med 31 1/2 "; Large 35", XL 38", XXL 41"

With that said I wear a 34 waste, I have been using an XL for over 3 years now.  I like the fact I have molle all the way around as my belt almost touches.

I need another coffee, somehow I misconstrued this to be a WW1 warbelt thread.

Are you wearing the war belt pretty tight?
I'm just worried about it riding up when I try to unholster my Glock 17.

This right here.  Also, the belt can be adjusted to go bigger easier than adjusted to go smaller.

I wear it very snug, no issues riding up. Also I am using the VTAC Riggers belt with a Cobra buckle as the inner.
