What are some good concealable plate carrier? or soft would be better for concealing.

It depends on which cut of armor you prefer, but I like the PACA low vis soft armor carriers. If you want both soft and hard, take a look at the Mayflower LPAC.

hard plate armor is typically hard to conceal, if you want concealable armor you need soft armor.

This has been my experience.  Even with a JPC which is pretty minimal, when you have plates that adds 2" to your chest thickness, it's pretty hard to conceal...

Maybe you're confusing concealable and with camouflage? Concealable means you can wear it under a coat or baggy shirt without drawing attention, those vests are not concealable but they are camo/match their uniform.

I just picked up a Mayflower LPAC and VS13 soft armor from Appalachian Training. It will also hold rifle plates. There are some good reviews and pics on the web.
