The outer wear carrier is in the garage, empty. The concealable one has the actual armor in it and is out on loan to a young Marine.  The extra plate is riding in my son's backpack, backup up by a soft armor panel level IIIA. So, no armor for me right now. When he graduates I'll get the one plate back and might get the night time emergency armor put together again.
Oh, carrier is a Condor from AR500.com, their early set up called Urban Go.

Correct, it allows me to move the pistol to a more accessible place when seated in a vehicle. Makes swapping holsters a snap too.

That’s a neat little molle attachment. Does it wiggle much when the holster/pistol is loaded up on there?

Anyone around 6’2 220ish with a barrel chest rocking a size large, or would XL be a better fit?

6’1” 250 here.  I think the large SAPI plates are sufficient for coverage of your heart/lungs, but they look small on me.  If you want more coverage the XL plates will be a little better.  Then you can figure out which carrier you need based on the plates you choose.  Pay attention to weight difference between sizes.

Here’s a pic of me with large plates for reference.

Here's my current setup. Seen a fair bit of use, and is of course ever-evolving. I'm a Forward Observer (Fister, yut), so the contents of the right side pouch and the MM Hangar are relevant job tools (compass, kestrel, DAGR, CFF/CAS formats shrunk down and laminated, GRG sleeves, protractor, and about 5000 different markers), with a couple pieces of snivel gear (neck gaiter, skull cap, hand warmers), 3rd tourniquet, NVG J-arm, and an assortment of chem lights.

Our unit is in the process of issuing out M17s to all the team chiefs and squad leaders, so in the meantime I've got some of my VP9 mags in there as placeholders, and I'm eagerly awaiting the new Safariland holsters that come with em.

As we just got pulled back to our parent unit, we had to turn in our MBITRs and 152s, so for volume I've got a couple mags stuff in the front 152 pouch. Normally have the antennas routed along the left cummerbund and up the back. The MBITR on my back has the short whip, so it's pretty well out of the way by itself. On thing I haven't sorted very well is being able to grab my left PTT quickly with the tourniquet hanging there, but it is doable when done deliberately. The Nimravus nestles in pretty nicely behind the front radio and is easily accessible to both hands.

The moto patches of course come off when I'm not taking "cool guy" pictures (that AZ flag is IR, so it's pretty damn bright under sensors).

One-off Velocity Systems Scarab LT Releasable (though I have an LE front plate bag on the way so I can hook up a Nett Warrior rig from KAG in the near future). Also have the rear zip-on panel en route, to eliminate that second radio pouch and the need to sling my Camelbak when I'm dismounted.

Nice setup!
How’d you mount the phone rig on the 119?
Also, is that a UR tactical helmet cover? How’s the quality? Been thinking about getting one to match my 119.
*On second look I’m guessing you slit a few of the stitches on the Velcro to slide the molle tabs in?

I got some 1” loop and sewed it on. I was too impatient to wait for the overt plate bags.

The helmet cover isn’t bad. There’s not much stress in it, but it does it’s job.

Is possible to use the front plate bag from an LBT 6094B with the back plate bag from a LBT 6094C? I bought the 6094C but the XL Sappho front makes it a pain to shoulder but rifle but I don’t want to just run a L plate in an XL plate bag.

Great place up in Canada (eh), patchpanel.CA

My cousin got me a name placard for my birthday, sent me a link to the company along with. So far I've gotten that AZ flag, a US reversed IR/multicam flag, larger name placard, FIST and JFO IR/MC patch, call-sign reflective/MC, and that medical patch you see on my belt IFAK.

Hi guys, I currently have highcom 10x12 plates. They measure more like 9.5''x11''. They are too big for my Tyr Tactical basic plate carrier made for large ESAPI plates. I was thinking of going with a Crye JPC. Is there a JPC size that will fit reasonably well? If not, is there a good "discrete" plate carrier to get? I'm thinking of putting the highcom plates in a discrete plate carrier and getting actual ESAPI sized plates for SHTF.

You can make it work with a medium JPC, but the plates will be about an inch too short.  You can add a piece of closed cell foam taped to the bottom of the plate (to keep it in place) to fill out the space.

That depends on how the shooter cut plates are cut.  Mine would not fit in my medium JPC.  They were to wide.  The bottom of the shoulder cut.
