So I have a Surefire 317LMG on my M1 Super90 and it constantly eats batteries.  My x300 on my Glock will last forever however the one for my Benelli will kill the batteries in a month or two.  I have it turned off and not in use and sure enough when I go to op check it dead batteries.  Anyone have the same weapon light and have the same issues?

Sounds like you have a short. Maybe in regulation circuitry. Contact Surefire customer service.
