if you will accept info on a 21" M1... Fiocchi Aero 7/8oz low recoil, and Federal Premium 1oz low recoil will shoot under 3" at 60yds with 10/22 sights

I haven't done very much testing with slugs as I mostly use birdshot with mine to hunt with. But I had a box of winchester 2 3/4" 1600fps 1oz slugs to try out. After zeroing it in, my best 3 shot group was the size of your fist at 100 yards.
