I am cleaning an old double barrel for a friend, and I am a little stumped on how to take apart the action.

Below are some pics of the action at the lettering on there:

It is a 'Hercules Grade' 12ga. I have not been able to find much on these, worth anything?

Ignore the trashcan, no AK's

Under the barrels, on the left side, there is a patent date of: March 16, 1915 and April 27, 1915.

Any idea on how to get this apart? Drive out some pins? Please help.

There should be a screw/bolt on the bottom of the fore end, if you take that out the wooden fore end should come off and usually that is allows you to separate the barrel from the stock.

I had an old Damascus single barrel hardware store shotgun that broke down that way.

hope it helps!
