Does anyone have any experience with these or other steel Saiga 12 mags that they can share?

Yes. They are a little heavy, but work well.

I have 2, havent used them yet. But if you run out of ammo you can beat someone down with them.

Why beat them to death with it when you can use the rear rib to hack them to pieces?

That's the only drawback to the mags.  I don't like that rib but small price to pay for a quality mag that is "defense capable" and obtainable.  I think most would agree the sgm just aren't worth trusting your life too. And we know the story on factory mags currently. I wish csspec would make some 10rd for my Saiga 410.
