Is there an extended part yet or is welding up still the normal procedure?

No replacement parts are being made that I am aware of.  Some of the guys welding lifters may have some modified parts in stock and available (same results for you, you get a new lifter and keep your factory version)

Like Steve said no one is Making an aftermarket lifter. I run southern ky tactical in the above link. I buy lifters and pre weld them so you have no down time on your shotgun. Replace your lifter and keep your factory one.  Check us out at the link Steve posted.

Thanks for the replies. I don't even have the shotgun yet, this is just advanced planning as I've read quite a few remarks about it biting your thumb. I may not even need but it will be nice to be able to act quickly if I do.

The link provided for the modded one looks perfect if needed.

What are your prices?

You don't offer a trade-in option for someone to send in theirs as a core discount?

According to Facebook, $40 to weld yours up, $65 for a new one, $75 for a new one with a slot.  Shipping included.

The prices above are all correct. As for a core, never had anyone to do it but I'm sure we could work something out on them.
Thanks
