I was out shooting today with a buddy when it started raining on us. Mine shot through a box of ammo just fine when the gun and the ammo was wet. Afterward finishing the box of american eagle, I was working the slide just a little bit and it locked shut. I wasn't able to rack it back open and clean it until I was home and forced it open.

Anyone else have experience with a wet Five-seveN?

You didn't grease it did you?

I'm not sure how water alone could lock up a gun.

Could it just be coincidence that it was raining and you had this problem?

Curious how this happened.
