Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Refinishing the polymer on an FNX, anyone dabbled with it?

I've got an all black FNX40, I'd like to change it up a little bit. Thinking about masking off the trigger, mag release, and safety and spray painting the frame an FDE/Sand color and leaving the slide black. Yay/nay? I know it'll wear, I don't mind the look of that, so I figured I'd run it by you all before busting out the rattle can.
