As much as I like my FNX-45 Tactical, I'd absolutely love a 9mm version too.

I wish they would offer a tac .45 compact similar to what HK does with theirs.

An FNS-9 Tactical would make me buy my first FN handgun. An FNX-9 Tactical would also get strong consideration.

I love my FNX 45 tac
That being said, if FN realsased a similar platform that holds 20ish of 9mm id be all over that like a duck on a June bug |

I was looking last night at the FNX-45 and really like it but if it was a 9mm version I'd buy it with out a thought |

Well I'd buy an FNX 9mm Tactical if it came to market.
I already have the FNX 45 Tactical, and a FNX 40 that I added a threaded barrel to, so the 9T would complete the family  .

I've never owned a modern FN pistol but I would be on board with a Tac 9mm version if the price were reasonable.

How hard would it be?
Barrel, spring, new feed lips on the mag. Everything else I thing could be the same, no? The frame, trigger, hammer etc. would not have to change. Better yet, a modular Tac-Pack with all you would need to run either ammo. |
