What are the differences?

ETA: Is there a list of models with model numbers anywhere? The FNH USA website leaves a lot to be desired.

The first is the commercial version and the second is the LE version.  Separate SKUs so that they can sell the second one through LE distributors and dealers cheaper to qualifying individuals.
