I recently bought an American Arms PX22 semi-auto pistol. I would like to be able to field strip it, but I'm not sure exactly how,
and I'm not one to guess at something like this. I've tried looking online everywhere for a manual or a video, but I can't find one.
Can someone point me to a manual, video, or tutorial somewhere? Thanks in advance!

Looks like a Walther ppk clone.

It's pretty simple though. Remove magazine, empty chamber, then pull down on the front of the trigger guard till it clears the frame.  If you don't care about a small mark on the frame you can push the trigger guard to the side and rest it on the frame or use some non marring tool between the frame and guard.  Next pull the slide all the way to the rear and lift up on the back of the slide tilting it at an angle.  Ride the slide forward and it should come off over the front of the barrel.

That worked. Thank you very much! I was hoping that it was a clone of something else.
Removing the magazine is key. This technique will not work without doing that first.
