Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - SR-22 and Axiom issue

This combo worked very well for about 500+ rounds with assorted 36g Ammo.   On my last range visit my pistol would cycle every time but would require me to pull the trigger twice every other shot.  The pistol was clean so was the suppressor.  Any advice would be helpful.

I think you mean the hammer is following the slide down.  Then it fires double action.  Something in the fire control system is broken, worn, or jambed.

If it ejects and then feeds, it should re-cock the hammer.  Stop using it and sort it out.

Considering the thousands of rounds these things fire perfectly, either its damaged or the suppressor is screwing it up.
