Just bought the Ruger Mark IV and love it.  Bought it as a suppressor host and now I just want to keep going.  Want another rimfire pistol but smaller.  Was looking at the Ruger SR22 and Walther.

- Of those two which is recommended?

- Pros and cons of each?

- Why do you prefer one over the other?

- Should I consider any other model?

I don't have much experience with rimfires so any discussion is helpful.

Thanks

I have the ruger SR22 and for a very small pistol it is great.

I like larger, longer sight radius tho.

The Ruger SR22 is the better of those two due to better reliability and the robust nature of the Ruger over the Walther.

Ruger stands behind what they sell if you do run into a problem.

My wife has an SR22 and it's been excellent for its intended purpose.

Another vote for the SR22, I got my wife one and we both really like it. Adjustable 3 dot sights and pretty accurate for it's size. it won't outshoot my Buckmark but I don't expect it to.
