Anyone have any experience with the Clark Custom Model 41?

I want the 41 with an optics mount, but the new Model 41 I had was never reliable. I was thinking of having an STC with a threaded barrel done. Thanks!

I sent my 41 to Clark's and had them do everything they could to it. My Clark's modified 41 has been perfect

Thanks for the feedback. Did you send all your magazines to have them tuned?

Regular 41's tend to be somewhat hit or miss on the reliability front. If you go Clark they should tune everything to make it the gun it should be from the factory.

I added the ribbed Clark barrel to my 1979 vintage M41. No fitting required although it was a little "snug". It hasn't missed a beat in several thousand rounds.
Also added several SW mags--also no issues.
