I hate the 22/45 version, but $300.00 - $325.00 is the most I'd pay for used MK II or III.

Agree with everyone else. $399 is a little high for a 5.5". Not a crazy price, but definitely top dollar.
Edit: Even with some patience I wouldn't expect to find another stainless one in good shape for less than $325-350. |

Thanks for the info. I'll see if the owner will take 350.00, which I doubt, but no great loss as I know it'll be a matter of time before I see another.
