Best I found online is $27.95 with free shipping at Rimfire Sports & Custom.
E. Arthur Brown has them for $25.95 + shipping.
Also Cabela's has them on sale right now for $26.99 + shipping.

The cheapest I have found them lately is $24 at one of my LGS's.

Don't own a 22/45, but greg cote llc has mec-gar(possibly the manufacturer for ruger???) in stock. Good luck.

I paid 27.95 at the LGS. It felt good helping a local business too.

CDNN was selling them after Thanksgiving for $15.

dealer price on these is $18-19, so unless distributors like CTD buy them in HUGE bulk for economies of scale then choose to resell at tiny margin they will never be less than $20.

They're the same as mk series mags except for the plastic baseplate.

A while back I ordered a few baseplates from Ruger and converted some of my Mkii mags to 22/45 mags. Not sure if this is still feasible or not.

I bought recently from here.
the base plate is sligtly different but otherwise they look the same.
I have not had a chance to try them out yet.
they were the cheapest by far, but as stated not factory.

$16.95 for those mags.  I've had great luck with Mec-Gar in the past.  I'd love to hear a range report on someone who has run these mags through their 22/45...
