Has anyone posted a manual or video of a frame teardown of this gun , cause i might cerkote the frame and instructions is always good.

I haven't seen one, but I just took mine apart and it's super simple. If you can take apart a real M&P you can do the .22 also. With the hammer in the de-cocked position I first drove out the front pin, then drove out the rear. Leave the punch in the rear hole because the whole chassis is under a little bit of tension from the mainspring. With the front pin removed the front will want to come up a little. Grasp the frame from the top so that the barrel block is in the palm of your hand and compress the chassis back into the frame. Slowly remove the punch from the rear while supporting the chassis. Lift the whole assembly straight out. The mainspring and cap just sits in a channel in the frame, don't lose the cap. Reassembly is just the opposite but be sure to line up the hammer strut on top of the mainspring cap. To make things easier you may want to use a punch in the front pin hole to hold the chassis in the frame until the pins are back in. Hope this helps. Sorry no pics.

pics would have been awsome , if you do a total clean down next time use a camera.
