I bought a couple pair during a shopping spree

. $20 a set . I put a set on a Springfield WW2 model . I was figuring they would be cheesy and cheap. But hell I like them . Feels really good with there style of checkering . They are plain. but highly functional for just $20 . Thought Id share , Wardawg

Thanks. I've been looking at them and wondering how they were. Did you get the original or the TSP?

I've got an old 1911 just waiting to get painted white and a set of Gray Magpul's.

Got both. Black and brown. I got the thumb grooved ones. I can't remember if they came plain or not. I figured they would feel cheap. I really like them. Wd

They are not pretty like VZ and equivalent . But they feel really good.

I think I saw Travis Haley fondle a pair of these grips. Next day the price went to $50.00. Guess it's come down since.

There's a few places custom engraving them if anyone is interested. There's at least a few places on Amazon that do.

I got a set of the V2 that are more aggressive. I really like them, but they are a little to thin for me, like slim lines without needing the new grip bushings. Got a set of VZ knock offs from E Bay and really like them also.

My dad put a set on a RIA. Functionally they are great. Aesthetically not so great.

I love Magpul, but was also skeptical until a friend gave me a pair. Man wish I had bought them in the beginning. Really do feel good while shooting.

I bought a set and modified them to work on my wifes 22/45 lite (pink ones) perfect for the application.

They just aren't rough enough texture for my taste.
I like my grips to be a weapon unto themselves
