I have been searching and can find mostly beavertail grip safeties. Anyone know where to find a standard colt commander grip safety?

Poor P12 I'm trying to save. And yes, that is a gold slide release. Will trade a gold slide release, sear, and hammer pins for said safety.

No this is not a real trade thread.

I would sand the old finish till smooth and then use the Duracoat that now comes in the rattle can.
I bet it would look better than new. And cost very little to do.
