I would suggest test firing the gun through at least 100 rounds of similar power to your defensive ammo with that thing on it before you relegate it to "nightstand duty".
Same goes for the chicom light. |

You could probably do a little fitting to take out the gap but it has no play in it. Does not feel bad at all |

I like the concept of the rail setup.
I think you really need to put some money into a real light.

I'm really liking it. Holsters would be an issue but I never plan to need a holster for this. It is going to lay on my nightstand and go with me outside at 2am to take the dogs out.
