I have a Champion Operator and it has and is a great weapon. I had the front strap checkered added a S&A mainspring with thin magwell and added the slim VZ grips. If you are not going to shoot yours allot the alloy frame is the way to go. I have a highnoon, Desantis belt holsters and Galco King Tuck IWB holsters. For CCW the 4 inch alloy frame makes it easy to carry all day. It shoots a hell of allot better than I can aim it. Had it now 2 yrs and nothing negative to report on.

I have heard that springfield frames have a life time warranty....does this sound correct?
