THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
Just recently acquired a Mauser 1914 left to me by my grandpa. Family story is that it was taken off of a German officer during WWII. True or not, the pistol is in very good shape. However, as it has not been cleaned/shot/received any attention at all in at least 50 years I would like to do a detailed strip and cleaning. I was able to field strip it easily, but I can not find anything online in the way of a more detailed strip. If anyone knows of a source please let me know.

Thank you very much, that does help a little. It also turns out that the gun that I have is a 1910, but it seems to have the markings of a 1914... Either way, thank you very much.
