THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
It's been relined and refinished and all the springs have been changed including some various small parts like the bolt block and other parts.

Before it wouldn't cycle and eject a round, now it cycles perfectly and ejects a round perfectly but the trigger doesn't return to the front.

The trigger spring was replaced but nothing else.

Can anyone lead me to a site that has possible scenarios on what it could be?

I'm thinking something SEAR related such as the disconnector or something else in there but they look fine from my viewpoint.

it is a 1930's made broomhandle in the 700k range and it was relined by the Broom Closet in Florida.

Using Hansen 30 mauser ammo and also surplus Finnish made 30 mauser ammo as stated in the box.

If I recall correctly the trigger return spring slides into a slot. It can work it's way out.

Yup, the trigger return spring is a flat spring mounted in the bottom of the frame. Make sure it is correctly positioned in it's recess, and also that it isn't broken/rusted or clogged up with debris.

think it is something to replace also?

It looks okay in there but maybe the front part with the hole on it is rusty a bit.

Glad we could help. Now remember to never never shoot Tokarev ammo in that gun.
